Having been informed that State Parties to the Convention
had not supplied to IMO information as to the manner in which they had implemented
the Convention, the CMI suggested to IMO to draw up and circulate a Questionnaire
with the view to collecting information in that respect. A Synopsis of the
responses received as at June 2004 is published in the CMI Yearbook 2004-Vancouver
II. Since, however, new responses were received thereafter, an updated Synopsis,
including the responses received so far, is published hereafter. The Synopsis
is preceded by a list of the States Parties. The complete text of the responses,
arranged under each question, is also published. |
