Announcements & Events

For the first time, the CMI is able to provide full audiovisual recordings of all the presentations delivered at the 2014 Hamburg Conference. The recordings were done to allow those who perhaps missed the presentations running parallel with the Assembly, to watch them after the event. It also allows us to bring the work of the CMI to a much wider audience.

About CMI

The CMI holds a Conference every 3 – 4 years at which the work of International Working Groups and/or International Sub-Committees is debated and, if appropriate, concluded with a resolution at the plenary session at the end of the Conference.

In between the Conferences, Colloquia and Symposia are sometimes organised by National Maritime Law Association in conjunction with the CMI. In years when there is such a meeting, the annual Assembly of the CMI will be organised in conjunction therewith and otherwise as a separate event.
